★ Prompts
1) Arrival
[Before you knew it, the world you were in had gone dark. Why or even how wasn't exactly clear, but the moment you wake up, you find that you are not where you were before. Instead there appears to be a small village, but it's dark and the people appear to not be leaving there houses anytime soon. Why weren't they? Perhaps looking around might wield results.]
2) Monster Attack
[Just outside the village creatures appear to be wondering around. If you come too close they will attack. Sharp claws swinging towards whoever crosses there path. Avoid or counter?]
3) What the hell?!
[In the woods, if one were to wonder further enough they would come across a circle and a bunch of cloak people, kneeling down and bowing down toward the center. Whatever was going on it was certainly odd.]
4) Wildcard

Johnathan Drummond | Original Character
Fuckin' pished. [His voice is deep colored with a thick Scottish accent.
Johnathan puts a hand on his head, a dark expression coloring his features. It feels as if the world has been ripped away from him. He turns and throws up as his stomach turns uncomfortably. The back of his hand wipes at his mouth, flicking away the excess bile.]
Where is this hell hole?
02. Monster Attack
I wanted a sport.
[His eyes narrow at the shadow creates. He reaches out towards the earth which feels dry and empty at his call. A scowl covers his expression but after a moment the ball of fire rises to his finger tips and then ignites towards the fleeing shadows.]
01. Arrival
Rough night?
[It hadn't been, in his memory, but he's quickly becoming distracted by the other strange scents availing his nose. All wrong. Different. New. This isn't right.]
I don't recognize it.
[His nostrils flare as he moves to a crouch.]
There are other weres here. [And a familiar scent connects with a memory he's never been able to shake.] Her. [And he goes to leave his Shaper to find the female he can never forget.]
01. Arrival
Bide! (Stay)
[His voice rings out stronger than before, his eyes narrowing. This world is a paradigm of discomfort and the last thing he needs is to watch after Matias.]
Tad rash to go off like that.
[Jonathan's tone suggest that he isn't okay with it.] Until we know what's happened, ye'll be good.
01. Arrival
A nagging sort of idea in the back of his mind told him to listen to Johnathan, that he was smart, that he was the Shaper, than he would know what to do, that this place was wrong and they should figure it out before he went after her. With effort, the large wolf obeyed, returning to Johnathan's side with a frustrated growl directed at no one other than the annoyingly complicated situation.]
Fine. What should we do?
01. Arrival
He looks off towards the village and then finally allows his dark eyes to turn towards Matias. One thing at a time.]
Kip [He pronounces the word quickly.] Asleep, the earth be sleepin'
[Johnathan frowns slightly.] We find more. Play nice and we strike at a good time. [His eyes narrow slightly towards Matias. He knows who her is. Werewolves are one of the many species that he understands and he knows the instincts that he must be fighting.] Try ta keep it in your pants. You'll get what's yers.
01. Arrival
With effort, he meets Johnathan's eyes and nods once.]
Play nice?
01. Arrival
Yes. Be helpful. [As helpful as he can be.] But be brief arite?
[If there are other werewolves here it means they can pick up the scent of a liar. Johnathan has no trouble choosing his words carefully, Matias on the other hand... Johnathan rather he say nothing at all.]
01. Arrival
01. Arrival
[Johnathan replies in a cool manner, her thoughts already formulating a plan.] It'll benefit us for them to help.
[It's very simple reasoning and he thinks that Matias will understand.]
Arite?
[He's looking for the werewolves word that he won't go after the girl or the people of the village until after the forest is healed.]

01. Arrival
She moved cautiously, trying to catch scents as she did so. The wind shifted and it brought a new scent, along with all the others she wasn't familiar with.
A Druid? It wasn't Nathan, either, but she recognized the scent. Nature walked with this man, and the nature here was dead. It had to be a Druid! That meant that other people, not just David and Freya, from there world were here. It also meant that Nathan wasn't the only Druid, but she'd worry about the implications of that later. Druids were helpful, kind, and more than anything, another person to not feel so alone in the darkness with.
She moved a little faster to close the distance between them, offering a friendly smile as she got closer.]
Hello. [She really should have put together a greeting before she'd decided to go through with this.] Um...My name's Cat. You're not the only person lost here.
01. Arrival
His dark gaze lands on Cat, one eyebrow arching up while a charming expression pulls over his features.]
What a sweet welcom.
[His accent is thick and his voice deep.]
It's nice ta meet ya. I'm Johnathan. What's a little Cat doin' wanderin' about here?
[Johnathan looks down at her, his dark eyes shining almost fondly at the creation before him. He subtly reaches out but what he finds there surprises him. She's met a druid before though he keeps his guesses to himself, keeping his expression measured and easy.]
01. Arrival
Exploring, I guess. It's nice to meet you, Johnathan. I didn't know there were others druids.
01. Arrival
There be many druids little Cat. [He says the nickname affectionately. He likes it and he's a skilled flirt when it might prove to be beneficial.] Many kip and never awaken their gift.
Have ye met another druid?
01. Arrival
Yeah. I haven't spoken with him at length or anything. They're usually pretty busy and...I like to keep to myself but he seemed really nice. I think he thinks he's the only one.
01. Arrival
[He flashes her a smile before inclining his head towards her.]
You're welcome to call should you have need of me.
[Johnathan's dark eyes flash beneath the brim of his hat before looking affectionately down at the little wolf.]
01. Arrival
I will, thank you. Um... [She trails off for a moment.] ...should I call you Druid? That's what a lot of people call Nathan...it always sounded like a title to me.
01. Arrival
Eh, Druid be my title. [He frowns slightly.] My apologies, I haven’t seen me cousin since he before awoke. [There isn’t any use hiding it, their surnames are the same.] And he won’t be rememberin’ me.
Call me what you like little Cat.

02. Monster Attack
The burst of fire drew his attention, a sudden flash of light in the darkness, and he, and his conjured ball of light that floated around his head and shoulders, made his way to the point of origin.
What he found there wasn't a wizard. It didn't feel like magic, at least not any magic Harry was familiar with, but the shadows didn't seem to care. The shrank back from Harry's conjured light, but pressed in against the edges of its reach. He kept a few words in the forefront of him mind in case they got brave enough to test the lights reach, but looked to the shorter man.]
There's plenty more where that came from, I promise. [And he flashes the man a smile.] Harry Dresden.
02. Monster Attack
He dislikes fire but he will never argue against its usefulness.]
Eh? [His thick accent rolls charmingly off his tongue as he looks at the tall, lanky man who walked up to him. He nods his head at the light and reaches out to feel the type of magic emanating from him.] Harry Dresden, Wizard?
[His lips twitched into a smirk.]
Johnathan.
[He puts two fingers on his hand and inclines his head slightly.]
Fit like? (how are you?)
02. Monster Attack
It's a flashy, boom boom, save your ass magic.]
Does my tarnished reputation proceed me or did you make a lucky guess?
[He nods his head.] Nice to meet you, John.
[He pauses for a moment. Ebenezer says stuff like that.] Yeah, I'm alright. You?
02. Monster Attack
Lucky guess.
[He answers in an easy tone allowing for his fire to go out. He doesn't want to waste energy here.]
Eh, laddie, I'm arite. Besides the obvious.
[Johnathan waves a dismissive hand at this place.]
02. Monster Attack
That's not magic, but it is. [It felt too...pure? Was that even a thing?
He gave a look around the forest, rolling a shoulder in a shrug.]
Yeah, the post-apocalyptic vibe is really going to bring down the market value around here.
02. Monster Attack
I've always had a talent for dallying in these things. [It isn't much of an explanation.]
Eh, these men donnea value the earth. [He tries to keep the hate from seeping into his tone however it's clear that Jonathan isn't happy with the fact that the forest and everything is all but dead.]
02. Monster Attack
[Harry flashes him a smile, hoping it was light-hearted. I mean, sure, this place is really broken, but something broke it. All they had to do was find out what, find out how, figure out how to reverse engineer that, stop the people responsible, do the reverse engineering, and save the forest and all the squirrels.
Easy. Right?]
And that's more than dallying.
02. Monster Attack
[His reply is a mixture of emotions, it'd be obvious that Johnathan cares very much for the earth. His dark gaze shifts over to Harry, a smile teasing his lips.]
There be no sense tryin' to fool a wizard. I'd been able to touch the energies of the world since I a boy.
