1) Arrival
[Before you knew it, the world you were in had gone dark. Why or even how wasn't exactly clear, but the moment you wake up, you find that you are not where you were before. Instead there appears to be a small village, but it's dark and the people appear to not be leaving there houses anytime soon. Why weren't they? Perhaps looking around might wield results.]

2) Monster Attack
[Just outside the village creatures appear to be wondering around. If you come too close they will attack. Sharp claws swinging towards whoever crosses there path. Avoid or counter?]

3) What the hell?!
[In the woods, if one were to wonder further enough they would come across a circle and a bunch of cloak people, kneeling down and bowing down toward the center. Whatever was going on it was certainly odd.]

Well my little bonnie (beautiful) Cat.

[He flashes her a smile before inclining his head towards her.]

You're welcome to call should you have need of me.

[Johnathan's dark eyes flash beneath the brim of his hat before looking affectionately down at the little wolf.]

[Cat likes the words he uses, and he's very friendly, which makes her feel safe.]

I will, thank you. Um... [She trails off for a moment.] ...should I call you Druid? That's what a lot of people call Nathan...it always sounded like a title to me.

[There is tension that, being a werewolf, Cat might notice in Johnathan’s shoulders. There is a sour taste that comes with the mention of Nathan’s name and a sort of hate that is difficult to burry. He does his best and quickly covers his reaction with a convincing word.]

Eh, Druid be my title. [He frowns slightly.] My apologies, I haven’t seen me cousin since he before awoke. [There isn’t any use hiding it, their surnames are the same.] And he won’t be rememberin’ me.

Call me what you like little Cat.

[Cat may be many things: naive to the outside world, innocent to the more evil of things people can do to others. She is not, however, without keen observational skills that make her frown in concern at the slight change in Johnathan's posture. She sees the hate in his eyes for a moment, but assumes it's due to his explanation.]

Did something happen that separated you?

[Johnathan shakes his head, exhaling a slow breath.]

Donnea be worrying about that lassie. We'll be needen to get get us home first.

[He doesn't know if he can talk about Nathan safely and given that his little Cat isn't off put by his tone means that she's inferred as he intended. It is some sad history.]

[Cat smiles, nodding up at Johnathan.]

Okay. Oh! If you need anything, I...don't know what I could do unless you just want a hot meal, but you can call too.

I will little Cat.

[He flashes her a practiced smile.]

I feel better just knowin you be here with me.

[She giggles and tucks a lock of hair behind her ear.]

I don't think it's that special, but it's nice of you to say.

I be thinkin' so.

[He shakes his head and laughs.]

Come on. We be heading towards the town.

[Cat smiles, falling into step beside him.]

Have...you ever seen anything like this?

Ken lass. I be a witness to many things but nothing compares.

[His brows furrow and his expression grows more serious as he turns towards the forest in the distance. It's easy to see and he can feel that it's dead, more dead then any land he's experienced before.]

It all be dead...

[Johnathan lets the sorrow seep into his town.]

I know. I can smell or it.

Or...not smell it...if that makes sense.

[Wait, he's a Shaper. She bets it does make sense to him after all.]

[Johnathan nods his head.]

Eh, lass. It be very similar for me. [He merely feels it on a deeper level.]

We'll save it. As be our way.

[She looks a little confused at that.]

How can I help save it?

[Johnathan looks down at her, regarding her curiously for a long moment. She truly doesn't know.]

Yer pack never told ye of yer creation?

[His eyebrow rises before he shrugs and continues. If she doesn't know then he'll tell her.]

Werewolv's were shaped by Druids and the creator. They were given' the task of protecting the natural landmarks of the earth from industrialization'

[Johanthan lightly points at Cat.] Ye, my sweet lil' Cat, were tasked with somethin' great and wonderful. That why there be many were's and why they be dying out... [The last addition to his explanation sounds sad, tired with the hints of anger boiling just beneath the surface. It's a sad thing to watch a race become extinct.]

I...knew about the Shapers, but I...didn't know about that.

[It sounded romantic and honorable, like something form a faery tale. It made her think of David and everything he did for his forest and it brought a smile to her lips.]

We'll save it.

Things in history get lost.

[Johnathan is only lucky that his father had been willing to share what he knew with him. He doesn't know everything but he knows afar deal more than most.]

Aye lass.

[He smiles down at her before turning back towards the town.]

[She followed after him, because while she was a wolf, she wasn't very good at it in her opinion.]

Too many things, I think.

[Johnathan looks down at her with an easy smile. He's heading towards the inn for now. He'll wait to see what's there first.]

Aye little Cat. I might not look it but I am very old.

[He's learned a lot from his father about the Druids.]

Oh...

[She trailed off as she followed behind him.]

...how...um...old?

[Now she just feels rude for asking.]

[He smiles at her, not at all bothered by the question. He had brought it up after all.]

I believe this be my 236th year.

[It's amazing that Johnathan has kept count.]

Wow! [She clapped a hand over her mouth after her exclamation.] I...I'm sorry. I've never met anyone that...well, I have. I met two vampires, so that's a lie.

[Johnathan chuckles softly, shaking his head.]

I look well for my age.

[He teases her in a light tone, hoping she knows that he isn't offended by anything. He doesn't really care about his age and he's pretty sure in a few more decades he'll forget how old he is. There is a lot that he doesn't remember.

Unlike a vampire, Johnathan is technically human.]

Come on, little Cat. Let's get you safe and inside.

[Cat giggles slightly at his comment but doesn't argue.]

Okay. I'll follow you.

[He'll take her to the inn before giving her a soft goodbye and heading to investigate the town.]
